As announced today, we will be heading into a 7-day lockdown starting tonight. That means we won’t be able to meet in-person this Sunday. Don’t worry, Church will still be running online this Sunday the 14th, for both the 9AM & 11AM services. So we encourage you to tune in online and take in the Word as we dive even deeper! If we are permitted, we expect to have the normal in-person services again on the 6th of June onwards.

Special announcement about in-person services from Ps. Luis and Ps. Alexandra

LUIS

Church we have an exciting announcement for you, on the 13th of December we will start to meet in person at 9am and 11am with two one hour services. Due to restrictions we still have a limit on the number of people who can attend a church service, therefore it is extremely important you pre-register via our website in order to attend our in-person services.

ALEXANDRA

Every Thursday at 10am preregistrations on our website will open. You will need to preregister every week in order to attend church for that Sunday. You will see a graphic that says “register to attend church in person” click the button it will take you to a form you need to fill out with all your details and family members that are attending. Once registered you will receive a confirmation email which you will need to show that Sunday in order to attend the service. Keep an eye out on our social media and emails for further instructions and information.

LUIS

Our team is working hard to ensure everything is covid safe and compliant with government regulations. We will be distancing all the chairs with 1.5m in between them. There will be one entrance and one exit for everyone there will be thorough cleaning in between each service masks are to be worn at all times when inside.

ALEXANDRA

This is a moment of great celebration for us, where we can come back together again but we ensure you that we are doing everything to make sure our building is covid safe. For those of you who can’t attend in person yet, or do not get a spot during pre-registrations, don’t worry, we will still be live streaming our services. This means you will still tune into youtube like we’ve been doing every Sunday, at 9am or 11am and you’ll see the whole team in the main hall.

LUIS

We are praying and believing this virus will be eliminated and very soon we will all be able to meet together at our church building.

An encouragement from Ps Luis for our church.

We want to make you aware of the steps we have taken in response to the recent COVID-19 outbreak.

We have been in discussions and are following the advice of the Victorian Government. I want you to know that your health and safety are our top priority. We are doing all we can to ensure your safety and communicate in real time about any changes we have coming up.

It was always our intention to continue meeting as long as the government deemed it safe. Just this morning, our Prime Minister Scott Morrison has announced that meetings of 100 or more have been banned. We want to stand in agreement and honour the decisions of our government and to take all necessary precautions concerning your health and the health of your family.

Sunday Services Online

That’s why, starting from this Sunday the 22nd of March, we will not be meeting in our physical building, but we will be meeting online.

To meet online, head to our YouTube channel every Sunday at 9 & 11am. Make sure you subscribe to keep up to date.

We are full of faith and also want to respond with wisdom in these uncertain times. Colossians 4:5 tells us to walk in wisdom.

These are new times and new ways to do church – although this is only temporary, we believe you are still going to experience the presence of God and be impacted by a great word.

Our Events

We’ll be postponing all our events that gather publicly, but we also have some new initiatives to ensure that we are still able to engage and interact as a church.

Connect Groups

We will still run connect groups, even if they run differently than you’re used to. Talk to your connect group leader about how you can still connect with one another.

Stay Connected

We will continue to update you as the situation develops, and the best way to keep up to date is by following us on social media and to check our website.

Our prayers are with you Church, as well as the families affected and with those who are providing medical assistance during this time.

As we move forward, let us claim the word of the Lord:

Psalm 91

He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty.

I will say of the Lord, “He is my refuge and my fortress; my God, in Him I will trust.”

Surely He shall deliver you from the snare of the fowler and from the perilous pestilence.

He shall cover you with His feathers, and under His wings you shall take refuge; His truth shall be your shield and buckler.

You shall not be afraid of the terror by night, nor of the arrow that flies by day,

Nor of the pestilence that walks in darkness, nor of the destruction that lays waste at noonday.

A thousand may fall at your side, and ten thousand at your right hand; but it shall not come near you.

Only with your eyes shall you look, and see the reward of the wicked.

Because you have made the Lord, who is my refuge, even the Most High, your dwelling place,

No evil shall befall you, nor shall any plague come near your dwelling.
