We have the privilege of listening to Dr P. G. Vargis come and share in our Sunday 6pm service. Dr Vargis is the president and founder of IET (Indian Evangelical Team), which has experienced phenomenal growth during the past 28 years.
The missionary team has increased from P. G. & Lilly to more than 3000 members and the number of pioneer churches from 1 to more than 6500.
At present, IET works in 20 states and in the Andaman and Nicobar Islands of India – among the unreached people groups – and is planning to move into more very shortly. IET have also started the work in Nepal and Bhutan where our missionaries are working hard to share the gospel.
The Motto of IET is “To reach the unreached at any cost”.
