Ladies, we would love to see you on the zoom to gather together, encourage one another and of course, HAVE FUN! To start off our Wonder Event we will be running two breakout rooms with two different activities.
Exercise Workout with Lauren Dowse
A 30 minute stretch and exercise workout with Lauren Dowse for all fitness levels. Lauren Dowse is an experienced physiotherapist and will get our heart rates up whilst we have a lot of fun together.
Baking Scones with Lin Yang
A step by step cooking demonstration to bake delicious scones. All you need is the following ingredients in the image above and follow along as you bake scones alongside Lin. Lin loves cooking and even loves to create her own recipes. This will be so much fun, even for those who aren’t too good in the kitchen!
After these activities we’ll all be gathering together to hear an encouraging word from Donna Funk.
